Service and user responsibilities

By using LinQMS, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. LinQMS provides tools for managing quality records and processes. Your organisation remains responsible for its procedures, validation, regulatory obligations and decisions.

Use only an account you are authorised to use, protect its credentials, and access, submit or share only information you are authorised to handle. Your organisation controls your membership and role permissions.

ChatGPT access and draft actions

An existing LinQMS account and a company with the integration enabled are required. Connecting does not create an account or grant additional role permissions. No purchases or payments are offered inside the plugin.

Read-only access is the default. Explicit draft-edit permission, together with your current role permissions, allows supported operations on eligible drafts. Document draft actions create metadata-only internal documents or update eligible draft titles and tags; they do not edit uploaded source files or PDF content.

The connection cannot approve, electronically sign, release or activate records, or grant permissions. An authorised human must perform approval, signature, release and activation actions in LinQMS.

Review and sharing

Review retrieved information and draft changes before relying on them. Successful draft actions save changes in LinQMS; inspect the returned record identity and status. An AI explanation or an incomplete response is not evidence of a controlled approval or successful operation.

Only connect where your organisation permits sharing with ChatGPT. ChatGPT’s applicable terms and account settings govern that separate service. Our Privacy Policy describes LinQMS’s data handling.

Disconnecting

You can revoke the connection in your company’s AI connections. This blocks subsequent access through it, but does not remove saved records, audit history or information already returned to ChatGPT. Permissions and record eligibility are checked when each request is handled.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LindenBranch AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, LinQMS.
