LinQMS for ChatGPT

Retrieve permitted quality records and document information, read available document text, and preview PDF pages. Your current company membership, role permissions and connection authorisation apply.

Prepare selected drafts

Read-only access is the default. With explicit draft-edit permission and the required LinQMS role permissions, supported tools can prepare eligible document, product, part and risk drafts. Document actions create metadata-only internal drafts or change eligible draft titles and tags.

The connection cannot edit PDF source content, approve, electronically sign, release or activate records. Review AI-assisted work and complete controlled actions with an authorised human in LinQMS.

Before connecting

You need an existing LinQMS account and a company with the integration enabled. No purchases or payments are offered inside the plugin. Publication in the ChatGPT directory is pending.

Connect only if your organisation permits sharing requested information with ChatGPT. OpenAI / ChatGPT’s applicable account terms and privacy settings govern information received there.

You can revoke a connection in your company’s AI connections. Revocation blocks further access, but does not delete LinQMS records or audits, or information already returned to ChatGPT.
